• 90-day limit: Security cameras, classified as electronics, must be returned within 90 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Beyond 90 days: After 90 days, if the camera is defective, you will need to go through the manufacturer’s warranty. You may want to check if Costco has extended the warranty on your specific product, as they do for some other electronics, but the standard return policy for “change of mind” returns is finished. 
 
How to return
    • In-store: You can bring the security camera back to any Costco warehouse.
    • Online: For items purchased online, you can initiate the return process through the Costco website.
  • What to bring: Make sure to bring the item, its original packaging, and your receipt or membership card.
